Suzanne is the Conveyancing Manager of the firm and primarily works in the area of conveyancing of farms, commercial properties and residential homes and land.

She also works in the area of planning and subdivision, community titles schemes, easements, transfer of Water Allocation and licences, and most aspects in relation to any dealings with land and property.

Suzanne has over 20 years of experience of working in legal firms in the South Burnett, not only in the area of conveyancing, but also other areas of law including Wills, Power of Attorneys, Deceased Estates, Family Law, Litigation, Debt Collection, Leases and Legal Aid applications.

Suzanne has lived in the South Burnett area all her life and from a rural background.  Her wealth of knowledge of the area and people of the South Burnett, as well as her legal knowledge, make Suzanne a valuable asset to the firm.
 
Suzanne is also a qualified Commissioner of Declarations which enables her to witness legal documentation on behalf of our clients when required.
