PAUL LAURENTIUSSEN – SOLICITOR
Paul is the Principal of the firm having been a co-owner for 10 years. Paul previously worked in Brisbane and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience and works mainly in the areas of:
- Family Law (property and children);
- Estate Planning (including farm succession planning, planning for Family Trusts);
- Business Conveyancing;
- Conveyancing for commercial properties;
- Personal Injuries for motor vehicle accidents and work place accidents;
- Civil Litigation.
Paul is heavily involved in the South Burnett community and is currently on the Board of Management of SBcare, the largest locally based provider of services for aged people and people with disabilities.
Paul has been an active member of the Taabinga Rotary club since moving to the South Burnett.
Paul is at our Nanango office on Tuesdays and is in our Kingaroy office on all other days.
MARK WERNER – SOLICITOR
Mark has been with firm for over 4 years and practices in the area Criminal Law and Protection Orders (also known as Domestic Violence Orders).
Mark’s has many years experience in Criminal Law having had matters before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts.
Mark and Paul previously worked together for a firm in Brisbane and together they have a unique understanding of each others knowledge and can rely on each other for the benefit of our clients.
Mark is based at our Nanango office but often visits the Kingaroy office to meet with clients.
JACKIE CULLEN – SOLICITOR
Jackie joined the firm in early 2019 having previously worked for the Commonwealth Government for over 20 years.
Jackie currently works in the area of
- the drafting of Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys and Advanced Health Directives;
- Deceased Estate Administration;
- Property Conveyancing.
Jackie is based at our Kingaroy office.
PRIM LAURENTIUSSEN – PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Prim is the other co-owner of the firm and is currently working as Mark’s assistant with the criminal law.
Prim works between both the Kingaroy and Nanango offices.
NICOLE PITE – PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Nicole has been with the firm for over 9 years and is currently working as an assistant to both Paul and Jackie.
Nicole works between both the Kingaroy and Nanango offices.
SUZANNE PERRETT – CONVEYANCING CLERK
Suzanne has lived in the South Burnett her whole life and has extensive knowledge of issues regarding properties in the South Burnett.
The areas of conveyancing are:
- Subdivisions and boundary re-alignments;
- Conveyancing of farming properties;
- Conveyancing of residential properties.
Suzanne is based at our Kingaroy office.
MARISSA MURRAY – CONVEYANCING CLERK
Marissa has been with our firm for over 4 years and currently works in the area of conveyancing of residential and commercial properties as well as assisting Paul with the conveyancing of properties between family members and as part of the Estate Planning.
Marissa is based at our Kingaroy office.
RHONDA CARTER – CONVEYANCING CLERK
Rhonda has been with our firm for over 2 years.
Before joining the firm, Rhonda worked as real estate salesperson for 27 years. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry has provided valuable assistance to not only our clients but also to the real estate agents with whom we work so closely.
Rhonda is based at our Kingaroy office.
AMY MOORE – PRACTICE MANAGER
Amy has been with our firm for over 7 years.
Amy is the manager of the firm and does everything from the financial administration to staffing and everything in between.
Amy is based at our Kingaroy office.
EMMA BARBELER – RECEPTIONIST
Emma has been with our firm for 18 months and has lived in the South Burnett all her life.
She will usually be the first person clients will have contact with when they telephone our office or walk through the door.
Emma is based at our Kingaroy office.
ELVIE – PUPPY RELATIONS
Elvie is a Chihuahua – Mini Fox Terrier cross who is adored by both staff and clients.
Elvie spends her time between both the Kingaroy and Nanango offices.
